Job Title: Manufacturing Receiving Specialist
Location: Clearwater, FL
Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 an hour
Description: We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Receiving Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate material-handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Overview:
- Receive and inspect shipments from carriers and containers.
- Prepare, label, and protect packages for weekly outbound shipments.
- Unload trucks/containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts.
- Report shortages/damages and update inventory locations.
- Fulfill material requests for production and process RMAs.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years receiving experience in manufacturing (international preferred).
- Forklift license & material-handling equipment experience.
- Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, freight carrier processes, and bills of lading.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors year-round.
