The Technical Product Manager will serve as the Commercial Data & Analytics Product Owner within Client global IT function. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that supports marketing, e-commerce, sales, service, and pricing strategies. The role focuses on developing scalable data solutions, interactive dashboards, and a Customer 360 platform that enhances business performance and customer engagement. This is a cross-functional role requiring leadership, analytical acumen, and deep technical proficiency to guide enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Set and execute commercial data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Define and manage the product backlog for data and analytics solutions. Lead Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy to enable personalized customer experiences. Collaborate with business and technical teams to evolve data models across the customer journey. Ensure data interoperability across platforms (Salesforce.com, SAP Commerce Cloud, etc.) and Databricks. Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker Studio and Tableau Cloud. Contribute to Customer 360 development by integrating data from multiple touchpoints. Develop KPIs and metrics to improve marketing and employee engagement strategies. Partner with managed service providers and developers to deliver the product backlog. Guide project execution with agile teams and technical stakeholders. Validate, clean, and analyze datasets from platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and Databricks. Support statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced segmentation. Provide data insights and recommend strategies to optimize business performance. Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a developer/engineer or in a relevant technical role. Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling. Experience with enterprise data lakes, preferably Databricks. Deep understanding of statistical principles, analytics methodologies, and predictive modeling. Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and SQL. Experience with Looker Studio for dashboard/report development. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to convert technical requirements into business-relevant outcomes. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects. Demonstrated ownership and passion for product quality and innovation. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, Vendavo, or Marketo. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards. Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or with commercial data platforms. Certifications (if any)

Certification in data analytics, agile product management, or a relevant toolset (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Databricks) is a plus.
