Practice Overview
- You'll join a collegial team of 5 physicians and 8 APPs in a physician-led, hospital-employed model
- Outpatient-only primary care; no OB or pediatrics required; telehealth hospitalist manages inpatient care
- Brand-new $40M facility opening in 2026 with 54 exam rooms, 12 procedure rooms, and full in-house diagnostics
- Collaborative culture with dedicated clinical and administrative support for each provider
Schedule
- Choose between a 5-day week (8-5) or 4 clinical days + 1 admin day
- Light inpatient rounding ( 5 days/month), no ER or OB call
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- Opportunity to customize patient panel toward geriatrics, chronic care, or general adult medicine
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $325,000-$400,000 for 3 years + Bonus!
- Productivity bonus of $40-$50 per RVU after threshold
- $50,000-$75,000 sign-on bonus
- Relocation incentives
- IPERS pension, 403(b), $4,000 CME, malpractice with tail, and 30 days PTO

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or FMOB
- Eligible for Iowa licensure
- New grads welcome; mentorship available
- Interest in rural or community-based practice encouraged
