Salesforce Developer (Johns Creek)

Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Architect to design, build, and scale Salesforce solutions that support core business operations and long-term platform strategy. This role combines hands-on development with architectural ownership, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs. Responsibilities Design and own Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform components Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation plans Define data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks that support enterprise use cases Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools Establish development standards, best practices, and governance across the Salesforce ecosystem Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and solution validation Support data migration, data quality, and system optimization initiatives Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide long-term, sustainable solutions Partner closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams throughout the SDLC Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
