Business Analyst Location: Hybrid or Remote, must be living within 3 hours of Boston, MA for remote work 6 month contract (W2), potential for extensions

Job Description: Were seeking a

Business Systems Analyst

to provide analytical expertise and support a variety of initiatives within a data operations and technology team. In this role, you will research, elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring they accurately reflect business needs and stakeholder expectations. Youll also translate business needs into system/application requirements, assist in producing functional requirements for tool development, and collaborate with project managers to manage changes, identify risks, and support feasibility studies and implementations.

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of health care financing concepts and a broad understanding of the health care provider sector Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively while managing scope and expectations Strong planning, communication, and change management skills Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data visualization tools Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills Nice to Have Experience with financial documents and financial analysis techniques Ability to present innovative solutions and out of the box thinking Responsibilities Research, elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for projects Translate business needs into system/application requirements and project components Assist in producing functional requirements for tool development Collaborate with project managers to manage changes, identify risks, and maintain expectations Support proposals, feasibility studies, and new business development initiatives Whats In It For You Weekly paychecks Opportunity to work on impactful data projects Collaborative team environment with professional growth potential
