The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) supports the Branch Manager in driving branch performance, operational excellence, and team success while delivering on the companys vision and business objectives. This role helps lead, coach, and inspire team members to uphold safety standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities Support daily branch operations, inventory control, and asset management to ensure company standards are met Promote a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance Assist in building, developing, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team Support financial performance by driving accountability, pricing strategy execution, and customer/vendor relationship growth Collaborate on business planning, performance tracking, and sales initiatives Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective resolution of service issues Foster clear communication, teamwork, and alignment with company values across all departments
Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to grow responsibility and lead teams Industry experience preferred
