We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic
Campus Recruiter
to lead our efforts in attracting top talent from universities and colleges. The Campus Recruiter will develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, build strong relationships with academic institutions, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement campus recruitment plans aligned with organizational hiring needs. Build and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at target schools. Coordinate and attend campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines for entry-level and internship positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide recruitment insights. Promote employer brand through campus engagement and social media initiatives. Track and report recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment (campus recruiting experience preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to various campuses as needed. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite. Preferred Skills Knowledge of campus recruitment trends and best practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
