System Administrator
to join their growing technical team. This is a
direct hire, in-office role
supporting small to mid-sized business clients across the local Reno area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying hands-on across
Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking , and who values working in a collaborative, team-oriented MSP environment.
As the System Administrator, you will: Administer and support Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune Provide onsite and remote support for servers, desktops, and network infrastructure Troubleshoot networking issues including VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity Implement IT projects and maintain security best practices (MFA, Conditional Access) Build strong relationships with local clients and document work consistently
The ideal candidate will have: Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration A solid understanding of networking fundamentals Strong troubleshooting skills and a professional, client-facing approach
