Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within
Salesforce CRM
(Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support captive finance operations and enhance customer engagement. Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, providing clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders. Architect, build, and manage scalable and secure integration services using
GCP native tools , primarily Cloud Functions, to enable real-time, event-driven communication and data synchronization between Salesforce and enterprise systems. Lead the development, configuration, and execution of
marketing campaigns and transactional messaging
initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email and push notification strategies. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective CRM, marketing automation, and integration solutions. Establish and enforce best practices, technical standards, and comprehensive documentation for CRM, Marketing Cloud, and GCP integration solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and GCP, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.
