Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a Full Time Business Development Marketing Liaison for Fremont Hospital. The Business Development Marketing Liaison directly serves as the representative between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. The Business Development Liaison is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the Business Development Marketing Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. The Business Development Marketing Liaison is responsible for implementing the facility’s strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility’s brand image, effectively managing its assigned territory and accounts, and working to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. The Business Development Liaison must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast‑paced environment. Hours are based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening and weekend hours, as directed by the Director of Business Development. About Fremont Hospital
Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148‑bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care. Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field. Experience may be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis in lieu of a degree. Experience: Three (3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Prefer knowledge of the Bay Area behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and age‑specific programming. Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in application of marketing and sales principles; creativity and flexibility; skills in data collection analysis and interpretation; record of adherence to deadlines; and customer service skills. Licensure:
Must have a valid driver’s license. Additional Requirements:
