A prestigious, internationally recognized law firm is seeking a Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its dynamic Dallas office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a thriving M&A practice and gain exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, private equity, venture capital investments, and fund formation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support M&A transactions from start to finish Advise clients on a variety of general corporate matters Collaborate on corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, and investments
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school 3–4 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions Strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills Admission to the Texas Bar (or the ability to become licensed in Texas)
