Speech‑Language Pathologist - Full Time Location:

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living, Silver Spring, Maryland.

We are looking for a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our residents in a vibrant community setting. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team to meet each resident’s unique needs.

Compensation: $42 - $50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

How You Will Make An Impact

Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings for residents across the continuum of care.

Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies on documentation, billing, resident rights, and quality of care.

Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs in a holistic manner.

Implement residents’ personal care plans focused on strengths, preferences, and routines to promote comfort and belonging.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address all resident needs throughout their care journey.

What You Will Need

Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults in a therapeutic setting.

Current CPR certification.

Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist license in the State of Maryland.

Knowledge of applicable state regulations and ability to apply them as needed.
