Shift: Day Shift
Saint Michael's Medical Center is seeking a Mammography Technologist (ARRT Mammo) to perform screening and diagnostic mammography in an acute care hospital setting. The role includes image processing, PACS transmission, quality control, and team collaboration while ensuring exceptional patient care and high-quality breast imaging.
Responsibilities
Perform mammography exams per department protocol
Ensure accurate image acquisition, processing, and PACS transmission
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Participate in QC / PI activities and ACR compliance
Maintain mammography equipment and department supplies
Escalate equipment or service issues to leadership
Qualifications
Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
Effective July 1, 2017 appropriate national certifications in two modalities required
Current BCLS (AHA).
Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
One year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred
Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
Proficient computer skills.
Pay Transparency Saint Michael's Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The current compensation range for this role is $35.71 to $46.06 per hour.
