About The Role A well-established electrical contractor with over 30 years of experience is seeking a senior project manager to oversee complex electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multimillion‑dollar projects, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale, multi-million‑dollar electrical projects from start to finish.
Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Promote and enforce a Safety First culture across all project activities.
Utilize construction management software (ProCore, BlueBeam, etc.) for documentation and tracking.
Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure compliance.
Conduct on‑site reviews to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and progress reports.
Implement best practices to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience as a project manager in electrical construction.
Strong knowledge of project delivery, blueprint reading, and electrical schematics.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Experience with ProCore, BlueBeam, or similar tools preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills for managing diverse teams.
