COLLECTION MANAGER
BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Collection Manager to support core Department of Defense IC missions at Annapolis Junction, MD and other locations.

Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI with Poly
What You’ll Do
Identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements.
Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems.
Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for the customer's Collection programs.
Collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to global communications.
Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards.
Education & Qualifications
A degree in any field is acceptable.
Entry level positions require a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Higher positions require up to and including a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience must be in SIGINT collection and/or analysis. Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collector or Analysis program will be considered towards the relevant experience.
Pay Range $100,000-$240,000 (general guideline only, not guarantee).
