Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for corporate transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Research and analyze complex legal issues affecting corporate and private equity deals.
Advise clients on legal strategies and solutions for achieving business objectives.
Represent clients in negotiations and manage transactional processes effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments relevant to the professional services sector.

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in New York.
Proven knowledge and skills in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
