Job Description Domain: Insurance
Role Overview: The Full Stack Web Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web solutions across insurance platforms. This role demands deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies, cloud native architectures and integration strategies with core insurance systems. The architect will lead technical design and development efforts for digital servicing, policy management and claims platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define architecture for responsive, secure and high performance web applications supporting insurance workflows
Lead full stack development across frontend frameworks and backend services
Design integration strategies with policy administration, claims, billing and CRM systems
Establish reusable components, coding standards and deployment models for enterprise grade platforms
Implement cloud native solutions using containerization, orchestration and serverless technologies
Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements, data privacy and security protocols
Optimize performance, scalability and reliability across distributed environments
Support agile delivery models and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Required Skills
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular or Vue
Expertise in backend frameworks including Node.js, Java, Spring Boot or .NET Core
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL and microservices architecture
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
Deep knowledge of insurance workflows including policy issuance, claims processing and customer servicing
Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
Ability to design secure and compliant solutions aligned with insurance standards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building digital platforms for life, health or general insurance
Background in personalization, analytics and customer journey optimization
Certification in cloud architecture or full stack development frameworks
Familiarity with headless CMS and API‑first design principles

The base salary range for the tagged location is $145,000–$156,000 per year.
