Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
The Construction Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including hard bid and design/build. This position requires expertise in managing projects ranging from $2M to $50M and a strong understanding of the construction process.

Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including hard bid and design/build.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate project planning.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required materials.
Manage and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships to gather competitive pricing.
Evaluate project risks and propose cost‑effective solutions.
Provide budget updates and assist in maintaining project timelines.
Participate in pre‑construction meetings and provide technical expertise as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Profile A successful Construction Estimator should have:
Proficiency in commercial construction estimating, including hard bid and design/build projects.
Experience with ground‑up construction projects is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects ranging from $2M to $50M.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with project stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in construction estimating.
General knowledge of building and construction codes.
