Associate Attorney (General Trial)

Position Overview:
The Associate Attorney position is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You will work with a team of attorneys to provide legal advice and representation to clients, conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, and engage in client communication. The role requires an energetic, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Law degree from a fully ADA‑accredited law school
1‑3 years of litigation experience in one of the following areas: Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Property Damage, Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense, First Party Litigation, or Insurance Coverage
Ability to manage a caseload and litigation staff
Independent worker who can collaborate with Practice Group Leaders
Strong writing and oral communication skills
Excellent research and analytical abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Well‑organized and detail‑oriented
An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
