Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist
Lucid Hearing is looking for a licensed hearing instrument specialist or audiologist near Secaucus, NJ to join our dedicated and passionate team. This role offers a sales‑driven, customer‑facing position in a fast‑growing company that is a leader in assistive listening and hearing solutions.
What You'll Do
Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen.
Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on the customer’s hearing loss.
Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions.
Educate patients on how to use and maintain hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information.
Make follow‑up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device.
Qualifications
Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or an Audiologist.
li>Motivated by helping people hear better. Ambitious with a sales attitude and an entrepreneur mindset.
Excellent follow‑up and problem‑solving skills.
Experience dispensing hearing aids and providing customer education.
