A Day In The Life The Financial Reporting Systems Manager acts as a global subject matter/technical resource for Bunge and plays a key role in the management of Bunge's (BG) management reporting systems architecture, used to prepare financial information and analysis for both internal and external reporting purposes. The position also acts as one of the lead systems administrators, providing global support for BG’s consolidation, planning and financial reporting system, OneStream, assisting in troubleshooting and application questions, while monitoring user security and other internal controls. This user will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of OneStream including CubeView, form and dashboard updates, as well as for critical projects related to the deployment of new applications within the OS framework. Additionally, this position will lead in the implementation of new system upgrades, as necessary, and will work closely with other stakeholders and users of management information to ensure that our systems continually evolve to meet the internal and external reporting needs of the business. This position will interact regularly with Group Controlling and Tax, Regional Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, SOX Coordinators, Treasury, Internal Audit, IT, external auditors, and consultants.

What You'll Be Doing System Architecture and Maintenance

Maintaining OneStream’s multiple organization structures/reporting hierarchies across the group (monthly changes based on business changes such as acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, etc.): Metadata, workflow, and rule updates

Maintaining the OneStream chart of accounts for a complex, multi-currency global organization: Metadata and business rule updates

Creating and updating ERP (SAP) to OneStream direct connections.

Governance and controls over consolidation and planning architecture

Supporting any marketplace solution projects which arise throughout the OneStream project roadmap.

Providing recommendations on marketplace solutions and upgrades to ensure Bunge’s organization is updated and maximizing the OS platform potential.

Liaison between OneStream infrastructure support and Bunge OS admin team

Management Reporting System Development

Providing support, maintenance and the continuing development of our consolidation application OneStream, and related processes to ensure all financial information needed to effectively run the business and comply with applicable regulations is both accurate and timely

Gathering, evaluating, and processing change requests and determining impacts on OneStream and related management reports/information for any platform impacts.

Providing subject matter expertise to ensure system development activities are in sync with BG’s strategic vision and corporate initiatives

Modelling approved changes in the OneStream environments, including metadata creation, reference tables, data restatements, data archiving, business rule creation and testing, and data management job construction

Designing and developing system Cube Views/Reports/Dashboards according to management’s evolving information needs

Complying with BG group policies and procedures or directly impacting the re‑design of existing policies and procedures

Provide support for OneStream platform solutions; Commercial Pnl, Forecast, Capital planning, Account reconciliations (RCM) and Task Manager.

Point of contact for OneStream reporting requests: Cube View, Guided Reporting and excel add‑in reports

Period‑end Close/User Support

Serving as primary support for OneStream applications related to business process issues and data issues: Troubleshooting OneStream user upload issues; creating valid metadata in the system where necessary; providing guidance to users on how they should be loading data; analyzing user security to determine issues

Anticipating, identifying, tracking, and resolving issues and risks affecting the OneStream applications and management reports

Performing end user security provisioning for OneStream financial reporting systems in accordance with policies and procedures and SOX requirements

Administration and assignment of OneStream ServiceNow ticketing

Reviewing OneStream server performance, and providing feedback to management for any necessary remediation steps on an ongoing basis (such as IIS resets, cancellation of long‑running jobs, etc.)

Developing training manuals, and delivering in‑person or web‑based training sessions to end users

Skills/Experience Requirements

BA / BS degree in Accounting, Computer Science/Information Technology

MBA / CPA / IT applicable level of certification (OCP, Oracle Hyperion/Essbase Lead Developer) preferred

5-7+ years of related experience in Accounting/Finance highly preferred

Deep knowledge of accounting processes; Accounting; budgeting; forecasting; consolidations; reporting

7-10+ years of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Essbase and/or OneStream system administration experience

Project implementation experience preferred

OneStream Cube Views and Guided Reporting or HFM’s Financial Report building experience preferred

Understanding of application architecture, change management, compliance, controls, databases, corporate reporting

Excellent change control process management skills, ideally with a SOX mindset

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines and goals

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to develop strong rapport with stakeholders
