Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Senior Manager of E‑commerce & Amazonby's to drive growth and performance across our DTC website and Amazon marketplace. This is a unique opportunity for a results‑oriented leader to shape online strategy, optimise customer experiences, and directly influence the success of a rapidly growing brand in a thriving market. Key Responsibilities Amazon Channel Management (60%)

Develop and own Amazon strategy, including catalog, pricing, promotions, forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning.

Serve as the primary daily contact for the Amazon agency, managing priorities, calls, and performance across operational and advertising KPIs (ROAS, TACoS).

Optimise day‑to‑day Amazon operations: listings, SEO, PDP optimisation, A+ content, Brand Store, and reviews.

Lead new product launches from setup to inventory receipt.

Collaborate with the agency on inventory management, forecasting, replenishment, and chargeback prevention.

Act as the internal Amazon subject‑matter expert for the leadership team.

Analyse and report channel performance weekly and monthly with actionable insights.

Monitor market research and performance marketing data to anticipate trends and translate insights into optimisation strategies.

D2C Management (40%)

Manage and optimise North America e‑commerce sites, driving revenue and campaign execution.

Ensure localised content, pricing, and product availability for each market.

Create and lead market‑specific trading calendars to achieve sales targets.

Oversee site merchandising, UX, CRO testing, and product launch execution.

Partner with CRM, email, SMS, paid media, and loyalty teams.

Manage promotions, bundles, and subscription programmes.

Analyse website data to identify opportunities in customer profiling and targeting.

Collaborate with VP of Ecommerce to manage profitability of DTC sites.

Work with creative and global digital teams to ensure site functionality, design, and brand alignment.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product, Logistics, Marketing/Creative, and Customer Care teams.

Partner with Logistics for inventory planning, supply chain efficiency, and demand forecasting.

Ensure consistent brand voice and standards across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of e‑commerce experience, including Amazon marketplace management.

Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or CPG preferred.

Expertise in Amazon Ads, Seller Central, Vendor Central.

Proven success managing DTC websites via Shopify Plus.

Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills.

Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing external agencies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑starter, able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, ambiguous work environment.
