We are seeking a

Rental Coordinator

for our Washington, DC location. Our mission is to provide quality camera equipment through a simple and convenient rental process, along with an excellent customer experience. In this position, our top‑notch customer service is put at the forefront. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to provide exceptional service to all customers and build meaningful customer relationships. A friendly and helpful personality is a must.

This is a part‑time position at our location in Washington, DC with room for growth and the possibility of a full‑time, permanent position.

Job Functions

Verify customer information and equipment for orders being picked up.

Process order returns, inspect and check equipment back into the system.

Keep the front‑desk area organized at all times.

Document customer interactions.

Assist with general administrative tasks.

Clean and maintain rental equipment.

Skills

Punctuality.

Experience with photo and video equipment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and quickly resolve customer issues.
