Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 – $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
Supporting the Store Manager in overall operation of a store.
Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
Controlling expenses and shrinkage.
Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Minimum age requirement: 18.
Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
