What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and implement a unified, compliant, and efficient service model for HCP engagement and contracting
Manage and develop the Manager, HCP Engagement Lead, overseeing performance and process adherence
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry codes regarding HCP interactions
Define and monitor performance metrics and engagement analytics to optimize HCP contracting
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Finance, Law, or a related field
Minimum 6‑8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical R&D, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
Proven experience in HCP contracting and payments
Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards governing HCP interactions
Experience in developing and operationalizing frameworks in a global, matrixed organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with digital engagement platforms and CRM systems
Strong analytical and operational skills with a proactive work style
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in contract development and management
