is looking for a
Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java, React, AWS)
to join our team full-time in Poland.
We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. About the role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java, React, AWS), become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring) and React
Develop new platform features from scratch, focusing on performance and maintainability
Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to deliver user-centric solutions
Manage relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ensure efficient data modeling
Deploy and monitor applications in AWS using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices across the team
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Framework) and React
Solid understanding of AWS
Experience with relational databases and database schema design
Proficiency in Git and modern CI/CD workflowsStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in an agile setup
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with React Native for mobile development
Knowledge of AWS architecture or cloud certifications
Background in fintech or experience working in startup environments
