R377041Job Description**Responsibilities*** Ensure that IT systems run stably and meet all regulatory requirements.* Responsible for IT initiatives from the concept phase to successful implementation and ensure continuous optimization of IT services.* Analyze business processes and develop tailored IT solutions that are efficiently implemented.* Build strong relationships with global and local platforms and promote collaboration for sustainable IT development.* Contribute ideas, propose innovative solutions, and help drive the digital transformation of the production site.**Qualifications*** Experience in IT infrastructure and system management with a strong hands-on mentality.* At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT or service environment, ideally in the life sciences industry or a production environment.* Solid knowledge in project management and service management (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage).* Fluent German and English skills.* Responsibility, independent working style, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization.
