Requirements:
Active RN license in the practicing state. Experience in ICU, CCU, or critical care nursing preferred. Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills. BLS and ACLS required; specialty critical care certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor critically ill patients’ conditions and vital signs. Administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions safely. Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families on care plans and critical care procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to various unit workflows.
