$80,000-$95,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented
Financial Analyst
to join a growing manufacturing company in Tulare County. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial planning and analysis while supporting key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to evaluate business performance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
