Coordinate customer accounts by monitoring sales activity, addressing concerns, and ensuring reliable delivery of AT&T Fiber solutions.

Facilitate new client integration by outlining AT&T Fiber connectivity options, confirming eligibility, and coordinating enrollment.

Update and manage CRM systems with accurate records of service requests, account changes, and customer feedback to support compliance and retention.

Develop expertise in AT&T Fiber service standards, including SLAs and performance benchmarks, to ensure consistent delivery.

Contribute to brand initiatives by assisting with targeted campaigns, educational programs, and community sales that strengthen AT&T Fiber’s market presence.

Work with Account Managers to refine customer engagement strategies, improve retention, and identify growth opportunities across consumer and enterprise accounts.
