US-based, Hybrid - New Jersey | Biopharma | ~20% Travel

(would consider applicants from broader East Coast if happy to be in the NJ around one week in the month)

An opportunity to take ownership of US pricing, contracting, and government reporting strategy within a high-growth biopharmaceutical organization focused on improving patient access across rare and complex diseases.

The Role This position will lead pricing strategy, payer and GPO contracting, and government price reporting, ensuring robust governance and audit-ready execution across all pricing operations. Partnering closely with Finance, Trade & Distribution, and Commercial teams, you’ll drive accuracy in gross‑to‑net forecasting and ensure compliance with evolving policy and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop US pricing strategy (WAC and discount corridors) and negotiate GPO agreements

Lead government price reporting and submissions (AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP/FCP, 340B Ceiling Price)

Manage state price transparency filings and ensure alignment with compliance standards

Oversee contract operations, including loading, validation, chargebacks, and rebate adjudication

Partner with Finance on GTN modelling, accruals, and policy impact assessments (e.g. Inflation Reduction Act)

Provide contract performance analytics and pull‑through support to Sales and Trade & Distribution teams

Experience & Profile You’ll bring 8–10+ years’ experience in market access pricing and contracting, with deep, hands‑on knowledge of US government pricing and reporting. A strong understanding of payer and GPO economics, 340B, and rebate operations is essential, along with proven analytical and leadership skills.

Experience with platforms such as IntegraChain or RSM, and an understanding of policy and reimbursement analytics, will be highly valued.
