Tia: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (San Francisco)
Tia is a full‑stack women’s healthcare business that builds products, tools and clinical services virtually and in person to help every woman be her own patient advocate and get meaningfully better healthcare. We’re putting the soul back in medicine, one patient and one provider at a time, through a care philosophy that listens to and empowers women to actively take control of their health.
Schedule:
Full‑time (30‑32 hours preferred, 40 hours typical). 8‑hour days with one evening shift and one Saturday rotation per week.
What you’ll do:
Provide affirming primary care and gynecological services to women in the full spectrum of care.
Conduct annual exams, pap smears, hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, depression and urgent care management.
Perform basic dermatologic management, STD screens, UTI & vaginal infection consults, and additional procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertions, colposcopies, and endometrial biopsies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on protocol development, technology integration, and case studies.
What we’re looking for (qualifications):
Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of California with an unrestricted license.
Specialization in primary care and gynecology (e.g., WHNP, FNP, ANP, or equivalent).
Experience with 103 independent licensure in California is a priority.
Proficiency in providing comprehensive women’s health care, including procedural skills such as IUD and Nexplanon insertions, colposcopy, and elective uterine procedures.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using electronic medical record systems and AI documentation tools.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
U.S. work authorization.
Nice to have:
Experience with trauma‑informed care, LGBTQ+ population care, and gender‑affirming hormone management.
Background in integrative medicine or holistic approaches to health care.
Strong commitment to collaborative problem solving and user‑centric product design.
