Production: 45% – 50% of practice production.

Qualifications

Endodontic Residency Certificate & Board Certification required.

Accredited Dental School Graduate.

Active CA Dental License in good standing (or ability to acquire within time of employment).

Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI.
