About this role As an Interventional Cardiologist you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will join a rapidly growing cardiology group that includes 3 other EPs, 4 Interventional cardiologists, 3 General Cardiologists and 8 APPs.
This position is a PRN, non‑exempt position to cover clinic and call as needed.
You will practice at West Park Cardiology and St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Nonprofit healthcare system, Level II Trauma Center with 346 beds and a large referral area.
Full structural heart program including TAVR, Mitra‑clip, Watchman and PFO closure, full EP support, advanced cardiac imaging with cardiac CT/CT‑FFR established and cMRI.

PRN Compensation
PRN Clinic Hourly rate: $368/hr
PRN Call rate: $1,320 per 24 hour call coverage
Clinic/Cath shift rate: $3,312 per 9 hour shift ($368/hr)
Weekend Hospital Coverage rate: $4,450 per 24 hour call shift coverage – Saturday and Sunday (includes 14 hours call/10 hours onsite)
Weekday Hospital Dayshift rate: $3,680 (~10 hours on site Mon‑Fri)
Hospital Call Only Coverage rate: $770 per 14 hour unrestricted call coverage. Clinic hourly rate of $368/hr for when provider is called in and on site.
Remote reads: $55/wRVU
What you’ll bring
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
ABMS board certification or eligibility in Cardiology.
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
BLS certification and DEA.
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
