We are seeking a dedicated Physician (MD/DO) in Family Practice to provide comprehensive primary care just outside of Portland, OR.
Responsibilities
Perform routine exams, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses across all ages. Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans, promote preventive care, and educate patients on health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards.
