Software Engineer (New Grad)

This one has you shipping products, running experiments, and talking to customers. You'll build things that matter and manage a team of agents. Candidate Profile Strong understanding of data, statistics, and experimentation. Business problems are just optimization problems with messier inputs. Clear communicator who actually enjoys talking to people. Customers, teammates, strangers at events. You turn vague complaints into concrete solutions. Experienced with AI code-assist tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf. Uses them to punch above your weight and tackle projects that would've taken a team a year ago. Give you a problem and some autonomy and you'll figure it out. Must possess one of the following: a portfolio of personal projects, significant open-source contributions, relevant work experience, or a technical degree. Areas of Focus Build Ship entire applications from zero. Full products that solve real problems. Design, develop, and maintain technical infrastructure like workflows, dashboards, data pipelines, automations. Write reliable code and build integrations that make everything else more efficient. Turn messy processes into clean, repeatable systems. If it's manual and repetitive, you automate it. Grow Own the systems that drive customer acquisition. Lead generation, email, analytics, attribution. Design and run structured experiments across channels. Apply statistical rigor to figure out what's actually working. Identify the highest leverage opportunities and focus resources there. Cut what isn't working. Engage Get in front of customers and partners. Host events. Build community. Know what users want because you talked to them yesterday. Attend industry events to gather market insights and build relationships. Support early sales cycles with product and technical expertise.
