North Star Pizza is a 27-store franchise that is looking to expand and grow. This will allow for unlimited potential for growth within our company.

Job Description $50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at our location in Lindstrom, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations at 12925 Lake Blvd, ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and growth.

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partners

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business

Report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred

Proven track record of success in a general management role, with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results

Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in operations management and process improvement methodologies

Experience in strategic planning and implementing long-term business growth initiatives

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation within the organization

Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Proficiency in relevant computer applications and management information systems
