The Opportunity The Global Head of Employee Share Plans leads the global administration and delivery of employee share plan services, overseeing plan processing, participant support, client implementations, event services, platform operations, and client engagement initiatives. This role drives operational excellence, digital transformation, and data‑driven engagement across regions, ensuring seamless client experiences and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving global environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead global plan administration and processing for employee share plans

Oversee participant support and ensure high‑quality client service

Manage client implementations and event services, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery

Supervise platform operations and drive client engagement initiatives

Champion digital transformation and data‑driven engagement strategies

Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all regions

Job Specifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

10+ years in employee share plans, compensation, or client servicing, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.

Functional skills Essential:

Employee share plan operations and client servicing

Project management and implementation

Regulatory compliance and governance

Behavioral skills Essential:

Leadership of cross‑regional teams

Communication and client relationship management

Strategic thinking and continuous improvement

Compensation

$176,000‑208,000 annually
