About the role The Learning and Development (L&D) Business Partner will design, deliver, and manage impactful learning experiences that drive employee growth and organizational performance. This role will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, developing learning programs, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging learning programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) that support employee development across all levels.
Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, leadership development, and skills-based training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance metrics.
Create and curate learning materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, guides, and multimedia content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Stay current with learning trends and technologies to innovate and enhance learning experiences.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Monitor learner progress and generate analytics to measure engagement and impact.
Ensure LMS content is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with organizational needs.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify learning needs and develop targeted development strategies.
Support talent management initiatives such as performance development, succession planning, and career pathing.
Align learning programs with organizational goals, culture, and values.
Lead and manage L&D projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed for specialized training programs.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related HR role.
Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors).
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
