You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance – Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses – more specifically general managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills – judgment, math and the ability to multitask.
Job Requirements and Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.

Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Training – orientation and training provided on the job
Communication skills – understand and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers
Essential functions/skills – arithmetic, correct monetary change, verbal, writing and telephone skills, motor coordination, keyboard or touch‑screen input
Work Conditions
Exposure to changing weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36° to 90°+
Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Requirement to sort tasks such as talking, hearing, vision, depth perception, temperature awareness
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customer's door
Deliver flyers and door hangers
Essential Skills
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
Navigation – read map, locate addresses in delivery area, navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, pushing trays, carrying items up to 50 pounds
Carrying pizzas, beverages, trays and other items during delivery
Driving within a designated delivery area to make several deliveries per shift
