End‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap with a focus on exceptional user experiences
Innovation in UI/UX across multiple devices and platforms
Integration of age‑appropriate GenAI capabilities
Cross‑device experiences that delight both kids and parents
Customer‑centric product development and optimization
Key Impact Areas
Product experience and content strategy leadership
PRFAQ development and product requirements
AI/ML partnership for personalization and discovery
Global product scaling with local market adaptation
Performance metrics and content analytics
Parent trust and safety features
Qualifications
8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in technical product management
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
