Full‑time role based in Boston, MA.

What You’ll Be Working On
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele‑health visits.
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Utilizing your specific clinical training and performing in‑office procedures.
Education, Licenses, and Experience Required
Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
In the past five years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
two years in an outpatient primary‑care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or
one year in an outpatient primary‑care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) coupled with either a one‑year primary‑care fellowship or one year in an urgent‑care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before One Medical start date.

Compensation Base salary range: $145,400 to $154,500 per year. Total compensation may include restricted stock unit grants, benefits, and other factors.
