Overview Seeking an experienced software engineer with strong .NET/C# skills and deep database expertise to work across application development and data engineering activities. The ideal candidate is hands on in .NET/C# while comfortable designing and implementing database objects in MS SQL and scripting in Snowflake, and is open to transitioning into more data engineering responsibilities over time.
Required Qualifications (Must have)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with significant hands‑on work in .NET/C#.
Strong MS SQL skills: able to write and optimize views, functions, stored procedures and perform entity/data modelling.
Practical experience with Snowflake, including general scripting and working with Snowflake objects.
Comfortable switching between application development and data engineering tasks.
Familiarity with CV/CD concepts and tools used for building and deploying code/data pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)
Experience with dbt for data transformations and modeling.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, ETL, or data engineering tasks.
Cloud experience on AWS or Azure, especially with data/cloud‑native services.
Domain experience in finance or financial systems.
