Boston, MA Metropolitan Area (Work From Home but visiting client sites on a regular basis)
We are looking for a Territory Sales Rep who is driven to succeed. If you are a hungry seller and if you are highly motivated to achieve your goals, this is the place to be.
This position will be required to close new direct sales by going on site (no more than 100 miles from your home and you will be home every night) to customer locations and moving them through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Present the software solution to potential clients in a polished and consultative manner.
Follow up diligently on all leads assigned to you.
Reach out to businesses identified as suitable candidates for solutions through cold calling.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Meet and sustain sales quota targets, aiming for $300k in monthly location revenue.
Attend all necessary meetings, trainings, and events.
Fulfill any additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of four years of sales experience coupled with a high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
Proficiency in CRM, Outlook, and telephone operations is necessary.
Demonstrated capabilities in time management, project management, and problem-solving, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Availability to dedicate 80% of working hours to field visits with prospective clients. Access to a personal vehicle for transportation is mandatory.
We offer:
M-Thursday on the road in Boston, with the ability to work from home on Friday
Base pay $60k - $70k + uncapped commissions
1st year sales reps normally come in right around $100k after commissions
$350/month in car reimbursement + $0.40/mile
$100/month cell reimbursement
91% employer paid Medical Dental Vision plan
3% contribution towards a 401k account
