- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development - Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners - Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making - Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales initiatives - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for executive leadership - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Skills and Qualifications:
