Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at FlexStaff Staffing Services
FlexStaff is now hiring a Credit Analyst for a temporary 6 month role for our client, located in Melville. This role will be hybrid, 3 days a week in the office, but only local candidates should apply who are able to commute to Melville, Long Island 2 days a week.
As a Credit Analyst, you will research, plan and evaluate the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation of detailed data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting; previous experience collecting in a wholesale environment is required.
Responsibilities:
Approve or disapprove the extension of credit within pre-established guidelines for all customers in the designated geographic region.
Analyze and report on write-off activity.
Collect past due payments and ensure fair, courteous and prompt handling of collection matters in order to provide for the turnover of accounts receivable.
Confer with the credit, sales and other managers concerning the status of customer accounts and actions to be initiated on delinquent accounts.
Monitor and communicate credit concerns to management.
Hourly pay $28.00
