Overview The objective of the Director is to manage and grow the financial service area focused on providing a comprehensive suite of information technology services to clients in the finance industry. The Director will achieve this through leveraging a nationwide sales team from All Covered and its parent company, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (KMBS).

Responsibilities Area Development

Participate in development of "Go-To Market" strategy

Assist with evaluation and development of new solutions and offerings

Assist with development of best practices

Assist with development of training content & curriculums

Identifying key associations and industry events with an underlying ROI

Participate in regular marketing meetings to create or improve collateral and messaging

Constantly evaluating our ideal client profile

Strategic vendor management

Sales Leadership

Subject matter expert in finance applications, technology trends, other factors affecting finance clients (regulatory, compliance, etc.).

Training of Finance Information Technology Services Consultants (ITSCs)

Sales forecasting

Sales reporting for finance industry pipeline, activity, wins

Business and Financial Management

Profit and Loss Responsibility

Business Planning

Financial Planning and Reporting Service Delivery

Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to evolve and optimize delivery model

Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to ensure proper staffing and skills

Internal/External Contacts

Daily interaction with a variety of clients, prospects and ITSCs from All Covered and Konica Minolta.

When appropriate, leverage internal expertise and experience across All Covered and Konica Minolta Business Solutions to expand the financial area.

The Director collaborates with the Service Delivery team(s) to ensure support expectations are met.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Minimum of 7 years (ten years preferred) of work experience in general management, account management and finance technology consulting or other equivalent experience such as core provider offerings or finance software solutions and business development for cloud, cybersecurity & IT infrastructure.

Experience working in and managing a matrix environment

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

Must be able to learn new concepts, applications and technologies quickly

Have an entrepreneurial spirit, is a self-starter, and thinks outside of the box

Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills

Executive-level presentation skills delivering effective technical and strategic presentations to clients

Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through

Comfortable interacting at all levels within an organization
