Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Watsonville, CA, for a Director of TSG (Engineering). The Director will oversee engineering projects and manage a high‑performing team, ensuring technical leadership and project success. Responsibilities include leading automation initiatives, developing and integrating new lines, and ensuring the team’s alignment with organizational goals. The role requires strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency and innovation in engineering processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with a focus on driving team collaboration and delivering results.
Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects on time and within budget.
Exceptional problem‑solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Relevant engineering or technical degree; advanced degree preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technology‑driven environments is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
