Job Title Account Executive – Sales
Location San Francisco, CA
Position Overview We are looking for a results-oriented Account Executive with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of property management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with SaaS platforms. Experience in property management or the PropTech industry is highly preferred.
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in driving ManageCasa’s growth by building relationships with clients, demonstrating our platform’s value, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, and lead generation
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs of property managers, landlords, and HOAs
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive customer retention and growth
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions using the ManageCasa platform
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their property management operations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support product development and marketing efforts
Qualifications
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or software sales
Prior experience in the property management industry or PropTech is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, and consultative selling strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging presentation style
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of complex software solutions
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously
