Resiliency Reporting & Analytics – Vice President Base pay range: $109,250 - $175,000 per year.

Job Description JPMC resiliency teams tackle the world’s biggest resiliency challenges by building solutions and partnerships that protect millions of people every day. Within the Firmwide Resiliency Office (FRO) you will be part of a diverse, progressive organization addressing regulatory interests, real‑world events, emerging threats and evolving complexity. Your role will support the design and implementation of key reporting initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to develop and enhance reporting and executive commentary, and contributing to the firm’s Resiliency Program.

Responsibilities

Oversee month‑end metrics reporting and commentary for various governance forums.

Design and implement new reporting, partnering with stakeholders to expand scope across Asset Domains (e.g., Technology, 3rd Party Engagements) and support firm, Line of Business, Corporate Function, and Location/Legal Entity requirements.

Collaborate with the development team to implement business intelligence solutions, automate reporting, and integrate data into online stores, creating visualizations and analytics.

Work with LOBs and Corporate Functions to design and implement new reporting requirements or data analytics.

Contribute to the improvement and automation of the FRO reporting process.

Act as an innovator, challenging processes and seeking efficiencies.

Participate in working groups to ensure appropriate data capture, enhance aggregation processes, and improve reporting and control procedures.

Build subject matter expertise in Firmwide Resiliency processes and practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

8+ years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a control focus.

Self‑motivated and capable of managing large amounts of data.

A self‑starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, lead initiatives, and bring projects to completion.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience interacting with a global team.

Knowledge of Tableau, Python, and Alteryx is advantageous.
